A tag has been placed on Toshiba Laptop Kidnap, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. StephenBuxton (talk) 16:13, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, such as Toshiba Laptop Kidnap, you will be blocked from editing. Marasmusine (talk) 16:26, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You might like to try Uncyclopedia instead. Marasmusine (talk) 16:29, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
regarding your comment on my talk page - it isn't for me to say that it can or can't stay on here. All I can say is that it will be on your own head if you keep on putting the article on. I appreciate that you are doing it just for a joke, and want it on there for just a couple of hours. However, there is a strict policy regarding unsuitable articles, and another strict policy regarding repeatedly posting spoof articles on Wikipedia. As you can see from the warnings others have been posting, the results will be you getting blocked. Try that Unencyclopedia website instead. I've no experience in it, but it would be better to post something where you won't get blocked as opposed to somewhere where you will. StephenBuxton (talk) 16:37, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion notice on image

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:WeDemand.jpg, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This image has already been deleted once today

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on [[Talk:Image:WeDemand.jpg|the article's talk page]] explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. StephenBuxton (talk) 16:44, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
